About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and regional digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale user acquisition for our mobile app and web platform across Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and Search.
- Continually A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and user funnels.
- Analyze ROAS, CPI, CPA, and retention metrics across cohorts.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create compelling ad banners and video creatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience handling digital advertising budgets of substantial scale.
- In-depth mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and AppsFlyer/Adjust analytics.
- Strong analytical capabilities with Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics 4.
