Welcome to Utsav Poster (the "App", "Service", "We", "Our", or "Us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Utsav Poster, you (“User”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our App or Services.
By accessing or using Utsav Poster, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you are using Utsav Poster on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
If you are under 18, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Utsav Poster provides:
Ready-to-use templates for festival greetings, business promotions, and social media posters.
Customization features to add your logo, name, and contact details to posters.
Daily updates of posters for festivals, events, quotes, and trending topics.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
Some features may require you to create an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Upload or share content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the functioning of the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Utsav Poster for personal or business use.
You may use posters created on the App for your own personal, social media, or business promotion purposes.
You may not:
Redistribute or resell our templates as standalone designs.
Claim ownership over unmodified Utsav Poster templates.
Copy or reproduce our service for commercial use without permission.
All templates, graphics, text, software, and content in Utsav Poster are the intellectual property of Blentops (OPC) Private Limited.
Customized posters generated using Utsav Poster belong to the User, provided they do not violate third-party rights.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
Utsav Poster may offer both free and paid (premium) features.
Premium features may be available via subscriptions or one-time purchases through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Prices are subject to change at our discretion.
All billing and refund requests must comply with the Google Play Store / Apple App Store policies.
You are responsible for the content you upload (logos, images, text, etc.) into the App.
You confirm that your content does not:
Violate any intellectual property rights.
Contain offensive, obscene, or unlawful material.
Mislead or misrepresent your business or services.
Blentops (OPC) Private Limited shall not be responsible for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from User Content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Utsav Poster is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the App.
We shall not be liable for:
Any loss of business, revenue, or data.
Unauthorized access to your account.
Issues caused by third-party services integrated into the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Breach these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
Cause harm to the App, its users, or its reputation.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Utsav Poster may integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, AdMob, Firebase).
We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.
Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blentops (OPC) Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your use of the App.
Your uploaded/customized content.
Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website, and continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
