By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other payment infrastructure used for particular Services.
Publicity Poster does not directly store complete payment credentials such as full card details or UPI credentials.
Payment providers may independently process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
You agree to provide accurate billing information where required.
12. Taxes
Applicable taxes, including GST or other legally applicable charges, may apply to purchases.
Where required, applicable taxes may be included in or added to the displayed price.
You are responsible for any taxes that may legally apply to your use or purchase of the Services.
13. Refunds
Refunds are subject to the applicable Publicity Poster refund and cancellation rules and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
Where a payment was processed through a third-party payment platform, the payment provider's processing procedures may also apply.
We do not guarantee refunds solely because a user did not use a subscription after purchasing it.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory legal right will prevail.
14. User Content
The Services may allow you to upload, submit, create, store, edit, or generate content.
“User Content” may include:

Other materials submitted or generated through the Services
You retain ownership of your User Content to the extent that you legally own it.
You are responsible for your User Content.
15. Rights You Grant to Publicity Poster
To provide the Services, you grant Publicity Poster a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify where technically necessary, transmit, display, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to:

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Publicity Poster.

Where Publicity Poster uses User Content for promotional purposes, we may use content that you have provided or made available to us for such purposes, subject to applicable law and any specific rights or restrictions applicable to that content.
You should not upload confidential material or material that you do not want potentially used for permitted promotional purposes.

17. Your Responsibility for User Content
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations necessary to submit and use your User Content through Publicity Poster.

Violates privacy rights
Violates publicity/personality rights
Contains unlawfully obtained personal information
Misrepresents another person or organization

Publicity Poster does not automatically verify that users have the legal right to use uploaded material.
18. Publicity Poster Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, Publicity Poster and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services and their underlying materials.

20. Templates and Generated Designs

You should not claim exclusive ownership over an underlying Publicity Poster template, design system, or third-party asset merely because it was incorporated into a creative you generated.

AI-generated content is produced using automated systems and may contain errors, inaccuracies, unintended similarities, or inappropriate results.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing, distributing, advertising, or relying on it.
Publicity Poster does not guarantee that AI-generated content will:
Be factually accurate
Be unique
Be free from errors
Be suitable for every purpose
Be legally protectable
Be free from similarity to existing material
Where appropriate, you should independently verify important information and obtain professional advice.

Publicity Poster may use third-party AI providers, including:

xAI/Grok
DeepSeek
Other providers that may be introduced in the future
AI processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable providers.
We may change AI providers or models based on technical, commercial, performance, availability, security, or other considerations.
23. Prohibited AI Uses
You must not use Publicity Poster AI functionality to:
Facilitate illegal activity
Create fraudulent material
Impersonate another person for harmful or deceptive purposes
Circumvent security controls
Generate malware
Abuse the Services
Violate intellectual-property rights

24. Political and Campaign Content

Users creating political or campaign-related content are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, election rules, advertising requirements, disclosure obligations, and platform rules applicable to their content and activities.

Where Publicity Poster provides business profiles, public pages, landing pages, websites, or similar functionality, users are responsible for the information they publish.
