Publicity Poster provides digital subscription-based services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All subscriptions are non-refundable
Once activated, subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund
This applies to monthly and yearly plans
This is in line with digital service industry standards.
Custom frame designs (₹99 per frame) are non-refundable
Once design work has started, no refund or cancellation is allowed
Refunds may only be considered if:
Payment was deducted but service was not activated
Technical error occurred from our side
Refund decisions are at our sole discretion.
